Understanding and Purchasing Credits in Jobzumi

Credits are essential for running evaluations on job applications in Jobzumi. As a new user, you'll need to purchase credits before you can evaluate candidates.

How Credits Work

  1. 1 Credit = 1 Application Evaluation

  2. Credits are used across all your job listings

  3. You need enough credits to evaluate all selected applications

Checking Your Credit Balance and Purchasing Credits

  1. Click on the "Credits" tab in the sidebar of your Jobzumi dashboard

  2. On the Credits page, you'll see:

    • Your current credit balance

    • The total unevaluated applications across all jobs

    • Options to purchase more credits

To purchase credits:

  1. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the number of credits you want to buy

  2. The cost will be displayed (e.g., 50 Credits for $14)

  3. Click "Get [X] Credits" to proceed with the purchase

Tips for New Users

  • Consider the number of applications you expect to receive when purchasing credits

  • Credits don't expire, so you can use them for future evaluations

Remember, having sufficient credits ensures you can evaluate all your applicants promptly, streamlining your hiring process.

Using Credits for Evaluations

When you run an evaluation:

  1. The system will check if you have enough credits

  2. If you don't have enough, you'll be prompted to purchase more

  3. Once you have sufficient credits, you can proceed with the evaluation
