Congratulations on publishing your job listing! Here's what you'll see and what to do next:

Your Job Management Screen

  1. Job Title and Creation Date: At the top, you'll see your job title and when it was created.

  2. Management Options:

    • Applications: View incoming applications, filter candidates, shortlist or reject candidates. This is also where you can run evaluations on candidates.

    • Get Applicants: Tools to promote your job listing

    • View and Edit Job: Make allowed changes to your listing

    • Close Job: Option to close the job when no longer accepting applications

  3. Unique Job Application Link:

    • This is the direct link to your job application on Jobzumi

    • Use the "Copy Link" button to easily share it

Next Actions

  1. Share Your Job Listing:

    • Post the unique application link on job boards

    • Share it directly with potential candidates

    • Use it in your social media or email campaigns

  2. Monitor Applications:

    • Check the "Applications" tab regularly to review incoming candidates
