Evaluations in Jobzumi allow you to automatically assess and score your job applications based on the criteria you've set.
Before you begin: Evaluations in Jobzumi require credits. As a new user, you'll likely need to purchase credits before running your first evaluation. Check your credit balance in the Credits tab on the sidebar and purchase credits if necessary.
Now, let's walk through the evaluation process:
Choose which applications to evaluate:
All Applications
Unevaluated Applications (default)
Selected Applications (The applications selected by you in the applications tab table)
Assign importance to each component of the application:
Resume Evaluation: Set a percentage based on how crucial the resume is for the role.
Discovery Questions: Assign weightages to each question.
Tips for setting weightages:
Higher weightage means greater impact on the final score.
Ensure all weightages add up to 100%.
Prioritize the most relevant factors for the position.
Check your current credit balance.
Confirm the number of credits required for the evaluation.
Note the estimated time for completion.
Review your weightage allocations one last time.
Click "Run Evaluation" to start the process.
If you don't have enough credits, you'll be prompted to purchase more.
Jobzumi's AI will evaluate the applications based on your criteria and weightages.
You'll receive an email when all evaluations are complete.
Access the results in your Jobzumi dashboard to review scored applications.
Remember: The effectiveness of the evaluation depends on the quality of your initial setup (job description, discovery questions, and evaluation criteria) and the weightages you assign. Regularly review and adjust these elements to optimize your hiring process.
